These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of Medik Auction Radar, a desktop application for monitoring and analyzing STALZONE auction data. By purchasing or using the software, you agree to these terms.

1. Product and license

Medik Auction Radar is licensed, not sold. A purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the software for the license duration selected at checkout: 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.

You must not resell or publish your license key, circumvent licensing controls, or use the software in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.

2. Delivery and activation

After successful payment, the license key is normally generated automatically and sent to the email address supplied during checkout. If delivery is delayed or activation fails, contact @Zmeyama.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for purchases through Paddle checkout. The final amount, currency, applicable taxes and available payment methods are shown before payment.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the software and related services available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may change when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compatibility, or development.

5. Third-party services

Medik Auction Radar is an independent tool and is not an official STALZONE or EXBO product. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Third-party data and services may change or become unavailable outside our control.

6. Acceptable use

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and third-party service rules. The software must not be used to interfere with services, bypass access restrictions, automate prohibited actions, or engage in abusive or fraudulent activity.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable Paddle and consumer-protection terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The software provides informational and analytical tools. Auction prices can change and no profit or financial result is guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by reliance on market data, third-party interruptions, or misuse. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms when the product, legal requirements, or business practices change. The current version will be published here.
